  • Advisor on over US$9 billion of debt financing for aircraft acquisition, including asset secured debt and unsecured revolving credit facilities.
  • Structuring and formation of two aircraft operating lease companies.
  • Servicing of three leasing company portfolios including lease management, aircraft acceptance and redelivery, maintenance reserve management, leasing terms & conditions, repossession, inspection and technical matters
  • Due diligence in respect of the purchase of two major operating lessors.
